Over a year ago, my ASUS G75VW crashed, only working on an external monitor in safe mode.
Since then, I’ve been trying to fix it, but in the process, I managed to make it much worse. Now I’m stuck with a motherboard that will turn on, but won’t connect to any monitors.
No monitors, no error messages. Maybe I’ll buy and figure out how to connect a POST test card to help, but so far, it’s been frustrating. Very frustrating.
Why do I keep going when I don’t need the computer. Partly for the learning experience. I’ve now done all sorts of computer things I had never done before. But mostly it’s because I am stubborn and won’t give up. Not when little LEDs still light up.
